Once an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed, the applicable price will generally be the price reflected in the confirmed order, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors and applicable law.

5. Orders

Where payment has already been received for an order that Printmark cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

You should immediately inform Printmark if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless caused by circumstances attributable to Printmark.

7. Payment

Printmark may offer payment methods including:

  • Other payment methods made available at checkout

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

Printmark does not request OTPs, PINs, CVVs or banking passwords through telephone calls, emails or messages.

For Government, PSU, enterprise and institutional orders, the applicable purchase order, tender, contract or SLA may contain specific warranty and service provisions.

11. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by Printmark's Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

12. Genuine Consumables

Customers are encouraged to use genuine Printmark consumables designed for the applicable product.

Printmark shall not be responsible for damage caused by incompatible, counterfeit or improperly installed consumables, subject to applicable warranty terms and law.
